This is to be achieved through professional business practices within our own organisations as well as our industry partners. Through researching and analysing relevant data, and working closely with the tourism authorities of Vietnam, we exchange and expand the knowledge base within the travel industry. Along the way we hope to encourage a sustainable tourism industry that promotes fair competition and delivers a quality product. In the long term this will boost the performance, integrity and value of the industry to the general public as well as improve the role of tourism in the national economy.
